  • Yes, creating an account is recommended so you can track your order, access your order history every year, and check past purchases whenever needed. However, you also have the option to place an order as a guest user, but this means you won’t be able to track your order. For the best experience, click on Sign In, log in to your account, and then proceed with your order. 🚀

  • How do I reset my password if I forget it?

  • If you forget your password, click on the menu bar, then go to Sign In and select Forgot Password. Enter your email ID to receive a password reset link. Alternatively, you can log in using the Email OTP option, which allows access without needing a password. 🚀

  • Your email ID is unique and cannot be changed from your end. If you need to update it, you must submit a request via the All-in-One Contact Form. However, always remember the email ID used for booking, as placing orders with different email IDs each time may cause you to miss out on exclusive offers and discounts for loyal customers. 🚀

  • Do you store my payment and personal details securely?

  • To book a Ganesh idol online, visit majhamorya.in and browse the available idols. Select your preferred idol and add it to your cart, then proceed to checkout. If your Ganesh idol does not have design work and you wish to add it, you will need to make an additional request through the Payment & Customer Service Request option. Similarly, if you require delivery for idols, you must submit a delivery request after placing your order and receiving confirmation. 🚀

  • Can I pre-book my idol in advance?

  • What details do I need to provide while booking?
  • While booking a Ganesh idol, you need to provide your full name, email ID, phone number, and delivery address if opting for delivery. Payment details must be entered during checkout. If you need additional design work or a special delivery request, you must submit a request through the Payment & Customer Service Request option after placing your order. 🚀

  • How will I know if my booking is confirmed?
  • You will receive a confirmation email with invoice details once your booking is confirmed. During regular booking, confirmation is sent within 12-24 hours, while for pre-booking or early booking, it may take up to a week. 🚀

  • Can I modify my booking details after placing an order?
  • Modifying your booking details after placing an order is not allowed directly. However, you can request changes by contacting us through the All-in-One Contact Form. Approval of modifications depends on the order status and processing stage with processing charge Rs 99. 🚀

    Is there a last date for booking Ganesh idols?

    Yes, the last date for booking Ganesh idols depends on availability and demand. Since stock is limited, it’s recommended to pre-book early. Pre-booking starts on June 1st every year, and bookings typically close two weeks before Ganesh Chaturthi or once stocks run out. 🚀

  • We currently offer Intracity, Intercity, and Interstate delivery options, covering Tier 1 cities, state capitals, and cities along 4-lane National Highways. Delivery charges start at ₹499 and go up to ₹2,999 per idol, depending on the distance, idol size, and logistics requirements. For Ganesh idols above 2.5 feet, charges may vary. If you have a special delivery request, you need to submit a delivery request after placing your order. 🚀

  • Which cities do you deliver to?
  • We deliver to Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Ahmedabad, and Delhi, along with cities and towns falling on the routes connecting these major locations via 4-lane National Highways.   • We follow a structured delivery timeline to ensure timely arrivals. Interstate deliveries (outside Maharashtra) begin 2 weeks before Ganesh Chaturthi, while intercity deliveries (within Maharashtra) start 1 week before the festival. For intracity deliveries, covering Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, deliveries commence 3 days before Ganesh Chaturthi. This schedule ensures all idols reach customers on time for the celebrations. 🚀

  • Can I choose a specific delivery date & time?
  • Currently, we do not offer the option to choose a specific delivery date and time. However, this feature may be introduced in the future. Our deliveries are scheduled during non-traffic hours, meaning we operate in the morning, afternoon, and night, while avoiding the evening rush in Tier 1 cities to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. 🚀

  • How do I track my delivery?

    What if my city is not listed for delivery?

    If your city is not listed for delivery, we can still arrange it for you with a minimum bulk order of 5 Ganesh idols. If you wish to order a single idol, additional delivery charges will apply. Please contact us for more details on special delivery arrangements. 🚀

  • What payment methods do you accept?
  • We accept multiple payment methods, including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets.

  • Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
  • No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). As last two weeks before Ganesh Chaturthi are extremely challenging, as we focus on smooth delivery and customer support. Managing cash transactions and reconciliation during this period becomes hectic. However, we have easy and simple refund policies in place to ensure a hassle-free experience. 🚀

  • Are there any additional taxes or hidden charges?
  • No, there are no additional taxes or hidden charges. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay. 🚀

  • Can I pay in installments?
  • Yes, you can choose the Flexi Pay option at checkout, which allows you to place an order without paying the full amount upfront. Since bookings start as early as April, this option enables you to pay in installments 25:25:25:25 over time, making it more convenient. 🚀

  • How do I get an invoice for my order?
  • Once you place your order and we confirm it from our end, you will receive the invoice via email or WhatsApp. The invoice will also include a Invoice link URL for easy transaction reference. 🚀

    What should I do if my payment fails?

    If your payment fails, first check if the amount was deducted from your account. If it was, please wait a few minutes, as the system may update automatically.   • To ensure the idol size fits your home setup, refer to the product description page, where the dimensions are provided as Length (left to right) × Width (front to back) × Height (bottom to top) in inches. Compare these measurements with your available space before placing an order. 🚀

  • What materials are used in your idols?
  • Our Ganesh idols are categorized based on the materials used. You can find these categories in the menu section on our website, where idols are classified by material types such as POP, Paper Mache, Shadu Mati, Natural Clay, and Red Soil. 🚀

  • Are eco-friendly Ganesh idols available?

  • Returns or exchanges are allowed before dispatch. However, returns or modifications depend on the stage of the order.

  • Refunds are usually processed after Ganesh Chaturthi, and you can expect the amount to be credited to your account before Anant Chaturdashi.

    2️⃣ Credit Note for Next Year – You can opt for a full credit note for the entire amount, which can be used for booking Ganesh idols next year without any deductions.
